Cannot connect to any SA-MP server. - enkei - 26.01.2010

OS: Windows 7 Ultimate (64-bit)
CPU: Phenom II X4
Network card: Killer Xeno Pro (Pci-e)
RAM: 4GB

I click connect. It says "connecting to x.x.x.x..." It says "Server did not respond. Retrying."
This issue continues forever. It will not connect. Any ideas? (Btw. I have internet access), and this goes for EVERY server. So its a client issue..
