Policecar light's? - Mechscape - 26.01.2010

I saw a server Gtapolicemods.com in a policecars with 2 light's. (It's without mod's) If he press what anykey (I dont know, how did scripted it), then 2 light's will be working and shows. Like that:

Ford Police Car 2- Emergency lights
In 00:04 - 00:06 << See where is 2 light's (white)!

So bad english for make to example.
How do make that?

It's called ELM... Emergency Lights Mod.
It is a mod..

Dude its because in 0.3 its synched, thats why you can see others using it..
Its a MOD you need it to make the flashing lights yourself, and others will see it

Ok, then. Can you give that mod downloadlink? The one guy what he did give downloadlink, but that link didnt worked.
