Microsoft Visual Basic 2008 Express SP1 [HELP] -

Hello why when im installing the Microsoft Visual Basic 2008 Express SP1 i get this reconnecting error and will not start the installation.
Please Help.

and then it crashes

Had the same problem. I figured out it was my anti virus. Try disabling it.

Quick Question: Are you able to access
http://www.microsoft.com ?
If you cant then something is blocking the connection.

If you cant then something is blocking the connection.

yeah i have connection with microsoft.com my computer have not blocked any sites yet.

Have you tried disabling your firewall?
If you run vista/7 try the Administrator rights
Try another installer, (re)download from the web or clean your cd (whichever you got)
