GTA SA-MP Crashes When I start a Sa-Mp Server. - Coolhummer65 - 24.01.2010

Hello but when I start a Sa Mp server, it instantly crashes. I deleted the GTA_SA_Set file in the GTA San Andreas User Files Folder. But it still crashes. Please help
