gl_npcs not loading - biltong - 24.01.2010

I wanted to try out the gl_npcs included with 0.3, but they don't load, I just get

[16:11:05] Incoming connection: 127.0.0.1:59868
[16:11:05] Incoming connection: 127.0.0.1:59870
[16:11:05] Incoming connection: 127.0.0.1:59869
[16:11:05] Incoming connection: 127.0.0.1:59871

in my server.

The filterscript is loaded. Did I do something wrong? The don't even run with grandlarc!

Forgot about maxnpcs in server.cfg.
