SA-MP 0.3a Problem on Vista

you ethier dont have verison 1.0 of gta

no because if he had v1 at least the game will start up with the white screen,
i think you have some mods uninstall them

True... if you have any mods uninstall them if it dont work try to reinstall or change Compatibility settings

no mods.. Installed using CD of my friend, play game using my CD... (mine is broken)

Solution:
Ive got 2 Installation of GTA SA on my computer.
Ony cracked and one original
Ive downloaded the cracked because i was not able to install GTA SA with my CD. So i downloaded it. But it didnt work, so i asked my friend to give me his DVD. After installing SAMP didnt work. Now ive tried to reinstall the original GTA SA but My PC could not open the DVD of my friend and said that CRC filechecker got an error. So ive took the russian version and deleted the cracked version. Its working now.
