Use this streamer http://forum.sa-mp.com/index.php?topic=127905.0 it's the best and the quickest because it's a plugin. It streams objects, pickups, checkpoints, race checkpoints, map icons, and 3D text label. Don't use any filterscripts because they lagg so much, use this plugin it won't lagg, and I know it all from my experience, believe me.
