[HELP] i need a NPC scripter - BurningSWA - 18.01.2010

ey
im making a GM in a small town and i need some NPC's in that town.
i have no idea how NPC's work so i wonderd if someone could make some for me.

this is what i need:
-npc's who walk/drive around in this small town.
-they must drive in the town: El Quebrados (LV) (see pictures)
-the cars they use must be cars like: bobcat,walton and Picador (see pictures)

if you can do this PLZ make it and post an download
i will set you in the server credits if you sucseed

Its rather simple to create an NPC just login as RCON and type /vrecord for recording in vehicle or /ofrecord to record onfoot...
