BreakOut System - Jo1Nt - 16.01.2010

I've seen on a server the breakout system.Let me explain:
You can buy from a 24/7 a TOOLKIT
You can use that toolkit to escape from prison
I just need to add the toolkit system in 24/7 and to create the pickups
Here are the Pickup coordonates:
1811.7213,-1535.9738,13.0130 - Where the /breakout pickup to be
1826.2794,-1538.3696,13.5469 - Where to teleport the player if the breakout succed
