Hi i need somebody to answer my questions

I have this car owner ship thingy, but I'm tired of seeing people buying like 5 cars and parking them infront of something that makes it look ugly..
So what i was thinking about, what I've seen on alot of other servers that they are able to /v park and the car destroys, its out of the game..
And they can then call it again with a command alright now to the questions..

Will i be able to do this without MySQL ? ( I have MySQL but I dont know anything about it )
Can i do it without MySQL? If yes, is it easy?

Sorry but i cannot send you the code. Its from Ladmin.
And its hard to convert it into your server if you doesn't have Ladmin.
But you always can download Ladmin and look how they made it.
