I have bought a cheap less than 1mw laser pointer, when i get out of lr 41 batteries i have made it on 3 AAA batteries, what will happen when i will put there even more ?

I think the little led that sends out the light will burn.
Cause they made it for a certain ammount of power.
So if you go and add more i dont think it will like it.

Yeah you should not increase the voltage on it as far as I know.
I've done this with a laser pen once when it ran out of batteries, I made it run on 3 AA batteries but I made sure they supplied the same voltage as the small ones did.
It was pretty easy to do as 1 AA battery produces the same voltage as 1 of those small batteries (1.5volts) so when connected in series they produced 4.5 volts that's what the laser equired.
Worked pretty well and lasted for ages.

I ment burn in a bad way.
Just the LED will burn so it will break.
You cant make a laser powerfull enough to burn stuff with a couple of batteries.

Yes you can, you can remove the lasers from dvd/rw drives, and they do burn. (only enough to light a match or something)
