Help with instagib gun - Perker12345 - 13.01.2010

Hi i made a filterscript for my server(With Matthias' instagib include) so that people could instagib with sniper..
But now when everybody has a sniper everbody can instagib, could i do like
New instantsniper = SNIPER_RIFLE?
And then when somebody buys the instagib sniper it ill be like

SafeGivePlayerWeapon(playerid, instantsniper, 50);

If no, then please tell me how, as i only want a couple of people to get the instagib sniper
