i have traslated world war 4 gm and when i press the blue botton he give me this error

It's obvious that you're missing an include file.

You're missing an include file (as Don just said), but to fix this problem you'll need to locate that include (look in this forum for it: http://forum.sa-mp.com/index.php?board=62.0 (search for the name of the include that's missing)).
