Job Point - Jo1Nt - 10.01.2010

All my jobs are in city hall (and the ilegal jobs).I want to create a job point here : http://i50.tinypic.com/250uw04.png or the coordonates : 1413.5957,-1700.7487,13.5395,56.2173 here
In this job point to add all the legal jobs.Can someone help me?

I downloaded from a friend a long time ago,i fixed bugs ,i added commands,is very different than it was default
My legal jobs are : Bus Driver,Car Dealer,Lawyer and Detective
