Problem -
Jakku - 09.01.2010
I got a new laptop as a christmas present, it was quite expensive. But, every time I play SA-MP, my ping is really high. Also I tested my connection at
www.speedtest.net, it shows me 330+ ms ping every time. Then, I connected my other laptop into the same network by same LAN Cable, the ping was about 33ms - 37ms every time, and also much lower ping in SA-MP, about 70-90, and my new computer 300+ sometimes. How could I reduce my ping? I DO NOT have any downloads, etc.
EDIT:
www.pingtest.net result

Okay, but I think the problem is not in the processor. My old has AMD Mobile 2.1 GHz.

Have you tried closing un-needed apps, and checking task manager services, end them if their not needed

Are you using a wireless connection on your new PC?
If so I'm pretty sure that is your problem.
