I want to make a little movie on samp...it was a softwar or something... that i can unregistre and i can fly with that camera and so...do someone know the name of the "thing"??

I presume you're asking how did the guy get that camera angle? Follow the link in my first post, to SaCamHack, learn how to use it, and you will be able to get that angle.
