cuz when i turn it off itll let me...but i dont want to turn it off

also heres the info
1) SA-MP version - 0.3a
2) Windows version xp sp3
3) Video card type nvidia GeForce 9500 GT
3) IP:Port - 217.18.70.132:7777
4) i dont crash it just stops sending and getting information
5) the singleplayer is working
6) Do you have any other GTA:SA mods installed? no

i did make it allow access the internet...it still blocks it though

check the nortons properties in the firewall section or the anti virus..
