[HELP] A little help with DUDB - Niixie - 05.01.2010

Hello fellas, i just started learning dudb.
Can someone tell me how to make this register command to save the playerfile in
Scriptfiles/NiixieDM/users/

And how to make this Login command to read whats in the Userfile

Explain what you did please, i would like to learn it
Or tell me whats wrong.
