SA-MP Laptop mousepad problem - IceBlizzard - 03.01.2010

Hello,

My mousepad locks up while I walk, so I can't look around while walking or driving a car, is there a solution for this?
I searched and couldn't find anything.

Edit:

My cursor also disappears when I try to type something in Word or any other document.

I'm on Windows 7.

Press Esc,Options,Controller Settings,Then press spaccebar where you see "JOYPAD"
