Help SAMP Crashes on load up. - chevyrulzs2010 - 03.01.2010

Ok, i have just reinstalled SAMP and GTA SA 3 times today. No mods, but lately i have had a problem with SAMP crashing on load up. I get this crash report,

I have downgraded to version 1. I have no idea what the problem could be.

I get the exact same error, crashes on load.

Im using Windows 7 32bit home premium
I meet all the system requirements to play this game.
