I know there is a,
SetPlayerSpecialAction(playerid,SPECIAL_ACTION_SMO KE_CIGGY);
for a cigar in your hand,
but is there anything like
SetPlayerSpecialAction(playerid,SPECIAL_ACTION_SMO KE_BLUNT);
For a blunt to be your hand?
