SAMP Gives error when trying to connect, singleplayer just stops working :/ - Crezy-Boy - 02.01.2010

So, i currently formatted my computer, and now i dled gtasa original from bought dvd and dled samp, downgraded it. But now, if i try to connect to a server ( happens with every single one ) than it doesent even start, only gives me an error:

Help? I downgraded and stuff. Singleplayer crashes also, and i should have no mods.
