Cant startup SA MP or GTA Single Player. - Evangek - 31.12.2009

Hey guys, i got something weird,

when i try to play any server in SA-MP nothing comes up no black window or whatever same with GTA singleplayer.

Can you guys help me?

Whats ur System Specs

And Try Reinstalling GTA
