I need ideas for my news system! Please give me ideas, I will code them!

At the moment, I have the command "/breakingnews" or "/brkn", and "/brknline"

When you type /brkn TEST
it says:
BREAKING NEWS FROM [PLAYERNAME]!
The NewsFlash Says:
TEST

But it only does about 40 characters, and then you have to do /brknline to carry it on, and if you put /brknline TEST
it would just say:
TEST

The Breaking News commands are only avaialable to Rank 1 of the faction.
