Not starting - Cedimedi - 28.12.2009

Hello everybody... i installed San Andreas with SA-MP on my Win7 Notebook... But it won't work, it just don't start... it never gives me a error or something like that. Just doing nothing. When i look into Task Manager i see that gtasa.exe open and close after few seconds.

crap, what is the problem? I go away today for some time and i want to play SA-MP^^

Same problem on my pc. I wasted about 5 hours by trying to fix it, but nothing helped....

Dang i even would pay to get this fixed
