Don't see pickups.. - Rockstarinsh - 26.12.2009

Well.. I have LARP( Los Angeles RolePlay) GM.. I'm changing it's coords and moving all to SF..
question - I have to edit coords in files, which are in root/includes or root/scriptfiles folder?
but i think it's problem in my pc.. because my friend and i see pickups when friend host.. but when i host i dont..
but iw anna answer of my question.. because in scriptfiles i have vehicles and some files..
