My aim is totally bugged ever since 0.3 - jumpstart201 - 25.12.2009

Ever since I installed 0.3a, every time i aim, it aims sideways, and without a crosshair, making it impossible to kill someone unless they are directly infront of you, and this appears to happen to other players too, making it impossible for them to kill me, and i end up getting kicked for health hacks. This happens with every server i tested, and with all wepaons except rocket launcher, RPG and sniper rifle. Anyone please help, thanks.
