[FS] eSpeedCheck - _[HuN]_Epsilon_ - 25.12.2009

This filterscript allows the cops to enable his speedcam.
Speedcam can be enabled on foot or in any vehicle, but only for player who has the right skin(POLICE SKIN).
Speedcam will check the players in 10 unit around the player and will write to the chat everyones
name and speed who is in a vehicle and doesnt stand.
The speed can be calculated to MPH or KMP.

No, this tells the cop how much speed the player drives with.

I know and thats was my purpose. I dont love scripter who edit other scripter's job, so I try to make hard that with my scripts.

And this is my scripting style for release.
