El tiene alguna modificaciуn instalada en el San Andreas?
Si es asн, tiene que desintalarlas porque sa-mp no es compatible con mods.

Si no tiene ningun mod o tiene problemas desinstalando los mods, lo mejor que puede hacer es reinstalar el GTA en una carpeta distinta.
