Ok, So my sisters boyfriend just randomly bought me a 23" screen, But its not playing gta properly, Its like a square on the screen, I've got the res at the max and widescreen enabled in-game and its still not working, yet when i minimize the game the desktop is full screen?

Set ur screen to 32bit
