Yes i have my utils in the folder!
C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Desktop\SAMP Servers\United States Gaming Comunity ( RP )\pawno\include
in the inc folder...


what do i do?

go to the pawno directory, run pawno. Open your GM and compile. Should fix it

have you got your utils saved as a .txt??
open it and do save as utils.inc
