GTAIV Problem - Printable Version

GTAIV Problem - Mrkrabz - 20.12.2009

I can run GTAIV on low with like 35FPS, But As soon as i raise it i lag, I have quad core etc which is recommend I think it's my ram. What you think?

Depends what you run in background!! ur RAM usage and your CPU usage. the Graphic card is 1GB but its not high-end, you cant play it in high, the CPU has 4 cores, but i dunno if its the CPU fault cose i dunno AMD CPU's a lot!
i doubt its your ram, but as i said depends of your RAM usage, and bout the RAM clock doesnt seem very low!

It's fine now, It was the ram, The GFX is fine.


I had 2GB and i need 2.5GB minimum, But running on 4GB Ram fixes the problem


Edit: Ofc the CPU usage won't be over even 2% when running the game, the CPU and CPU Speed is fine.

i has Pentium Dual Core 1.8GhZ
3GB RAM DDR2
Ati Radeon HD Mobility 3470
and i run GTA IV on minimum at 11-14 fps -_-"

Because you only have 1.8GHz and also your GFX And you have a laptop?

Di you download your game ? i ******d it and 98% of the downloaded GTAIVs lag.
