Can someone PLEASE make me a cool server logo?

and if you can a website banner also.

What i want:

i want it to say San Andreas Final Deathmatch, prolly with the GTASA font.

and i want it to have the IP : 96.243.128.168:1111

a backround with something like DMing going on etc...

yes but mine i made with www.bannerfans.com and well it sux.

im asking if someone can use there tools, photoshop, or whatever else they may have.
