Little bit of help - Oi! - 18.12.2009

So I'm trying to make a few objects in the game that just move around and follow people. For example: There is a building moving itself around random places in Los Santos, but when it sees a player thats closest to it, it will attach to them and follow them until it gets a player closer to it. Can anyone help me figure this out?
