SAMP OR GTA ARE NOT STARTING. - Eulfen - 18.12.2009

Hello,yesterday when I clicked on SAMP and attempted to connect in server,it showed me message : "Unable to execute".
I tried to connect GTA to SAMP to work but all different..
When i clicked on server it just showed me crash message.
What can i do?
I reinstalled SA and SAMP More then 5 times.
No GTA_SA.set in users my documents
Please help me

reinstall gta , set compatibility , run as administrator... :P

^^he thinks u got vista if u got xp jus ignore the set compatibility , run as administrator... Tongue part
