I have a question - Blade 9INE - 14.12.2009

Hey people, I have a question, I don't have a server, but I am editing my GTA SA Singleplayer Map (know this is not the right place to talk about singleplayer), and I have no idea at all how to make a movable object(would like to make some movable gates)...
Any help would be appreciated...

I will try to figure that out, but I really don't do it that way, I have some software I used for making objects, but thank you anyway.

Moving gates/objects are my weakness... I'm not the only one. We need a good tutorial or a program or something that can give the script. But I tried over and over and failed over and over. Anyway, I know how to add objects and all that kind of stuff, only moving objects/gates. Also gates that can be opened with commands by 1 team. ''/lvpdlift'' or something like that and can be only opened by LVPD officers. Can someone create a (better tutorial)?
