KICK AND BAN REASON DONT SHOWN TI KICKED/BANNED PLAYER WHY? HERE IS CMD - buonggiorno - 14.12.2009

Hi to all, when i kick or ban someone on my server that player doesnt see message with reason for kick/ban there is just message SERVER CLOSE CONECTION. I dont know why, maybe this cmd is wrong?

where is problem, only player who is online see reason for kicked player, but phayer who is kicked dont see :S

for the ban command it should work
