[HELP] whats wrong..how to fix - Bobski - 14.12.2009

Hey

i am using a cops and robbers script and when i start server everything loads correctly then i get

[22:59] [sac] Auth servers are currently offline.

show up...

how do i fix this as when i try to connect to theserver it says
