Samp/Gta problemo - Wild_HumaN - 13.12.2009

I had these game problems about 4 months, here are the probs:

1. While ingame sometimes the screen flashes, black and goes back black and goes back fast...
2. Sometimes when i enter a samp server he screen goes black then goes back to samp main again, so i have to restart pc and it takes time...

I think its from my 4 years old pc, just tell me if thers anything to fix it... i mean dont say change hard drive, cause i know that...
