The second one is very cool. I will make sure to invest in this upon buying my first house. I will be that annoying neighbor with way too many lights on his house.

Yep, some houses got that, you just need the radios frequency

Nah it wouldn't automatically do that, it would have had to be programmed to individual tracks.
