What happened to this site?
If it is possible, then where is possible to convert mta file to xobject?

Delux is banned on the SA:MP, they did some bad things.

Use convertFFS - http://convertffs.com

Rightclick the map file -> open with -> notepad/wordpad.
Then copy those contents into the textarea on convertFFS.
