I want to add cars into the mode how can i do it?

I Use in SAGC RP mode

Ask in the GM topic.
If it isn't any special system, just use AddStaticVehicle(Ex) (params.... );

AddStaticVehicle/CreateVehicle add under your ongamodeinit you can find those at wikipedia SAMP
