Team Balance - Lajko1 - 09.12.2009

Hy Guys,ye let me first tell yeah i was searching and i found about team balance but i dont udnerstand this code,so i want to ask about team balance how should i make it or someone explain me about Team balance

ye i have 2 teams

than i am using gTeam
