how i get cars like id 500(when but /getcar 500 its dont have it)

You can't do that... If you have 500 cars in the script for example, and you /getcar 500, it won't be Vehicle ID 500, it will be the 500th vehicle scripted in your script.

you need to make a /getcar command first and have 500 cars on your server

Why dont you just make a specific /car command..
And just add a car you like?

there is a command in LARP /getcar i think.If not use search or take that cmd from godfather thead.
