i canґt play - knonus - 08.12.2009

so, i have san andreas and it works fine(i have no mods except multiplayer ).
I click on strat san andreas multiplayer and when i enter the window turns white, then appears the into movie and then the single player menu and when i load the game the game crashes, iґm using windows 7 ultimate 64 bit, but thereґs a friend of mine that have the same s.o. and samp works fine

This isn't a bug. You need version 1.0 of GTA San Andreas. You probably have a newer version wich doesn't allow mods like SA-MP.

Downloading a downgrade for your GTA SA involves thirdparty patches...

Most likely your game is in version higher than 1.0, and sa-mp can be played only on that version. To downgrade follow the instructions posted here: http://forum.sa-mp.com/index.php?topic=63764.0
