I have a question.....
How can I add police to my server?
(police/fbi or both.)

How do I add a police department and police so if I walk to the police department and type /enter I get in and that police units can type a command there so they get their police outfit and their weapons.
And how can I add police cars?

what do you mean ? BOT's or TEAMS that can player chose COP - and they are having cop job and aresting ppl etc

Hey welcome to the scripting world :P

For creating computer player(NPC Bots)
read the tutorial in 0.3 scripting section on how to Create a npc.

Otherwise choose a roleplay script like cops and robberers.(since you want to use cop uniforms and stuff)
