but i didnt r reakky understand what the topic said any ways

SetDisabledWeapons was removed and you need to make your own"OnPlayerPrivmsg".

Or remove these functions... if needless

And please read this for more information to convert.

ps: "Convertion" in samp = Delete 1-2 functions/callbacks, and need a vehicle streamer function. (Read the link)
