[FS] RELEASED:Weapon Selectar!-DIALOG! - patchkinson - 05.12.2009

Hey, i created a dialog that lets you get weapons and change weapons
And when you change weapon it appears the old weapon name and the new one too!
I think no screenshots required for this.
There are 2 versions, 1 version is for every player, another version is only for RCON admins or admin system that uses ifisplayeradmin

BUGS FOUND: NONE
warning: There is no identation on the script, but pastebin may have idented it so im releasing the .pwn files too
