GTA SAMP Crashes followed by wildgoing screensettings - luckieluuk - 05.12.2009

Hey,

First of all, I had to be very specific so:
1) SA-MP version. -> 0.3a
2) Windows version. -> Windows XP MCE SP3
3) Video card type. -> ATI Radeon X1550 (it worked before so it should work now too!)
3) IP:Port (if any) of the server you are trying to play on. -> 193.238.85.24:1337 and 81.167.157.3:7787
4) If you are crashing, paste the crash report in your post and say when the crash occurs. -> Done it
5) If you are crashing loading SA-MP, please say whether GTA:SA single player works (test it). -> I don't crash while loading SA-MP
6) Do you have any other GTA:SA mods installed? e.g. new vehicles. -> I have no mods installed.

I have 2 monitors working, one has the resolution of 1440x900 and that is my mainmonitor, the other one is 1152x864. This is my secondairy monitor.

I am having the following problem:

When I start and play GTA SAMP, the game will crash after a few minutes. With the following crash report:

But that is not all, after such crash my complete screensettings go wild. My mainmonitor (the one I play on) gets shutdown and everything goes to my secondairy monitor (then it became the main one with the correct resolution). Normally if I set my screensettings, no reboot is required, but now it askes for reboot or it just won't change. I really need some help, I posted this problem on my favourites server's forum. I really could use some help.

I really hope someone can help me because I really am getting bored here...

It is a possibility it is a DirectX 9.0c problem because my BF2 and BF2142 doesn't work either after Windows XP MCE's reinstallation, even though they did work before :/
