Admin script requires "ReturnUser", "strtok" and "IsNumeric" - Rubennnnn - 02.12.2009

Hi,

I'm making my own RP and I am following the "Creating a normal admin script" tut on wiki.sa-mp.com but at the almost end it tells you that it requires "ReturnUser", "strtok" and "IsNumeric".
The URL to "ReturnUser" is unavailable so is the one for "IsNumeric". Can anybody help me?
